Harvest 2 -neatening and shading
In this lesson you will consolidate your understanding of proportion.
We will think about observation: how you use your eyes differently when observing, compared to everyday looking.
We will be observing different tones and using gradual shading to show form. The video here explains the technique needed for shading.

This is not one of my videos. It is longer (13 mins) so good for at home. From 4 minutes there is a very good explanation of the behavior of light on a sphere. I usually avoid adverts but this one is worth putting up with.
